This new overflow dyeing machine used roller and fabric lifting system. The roller running at variable speeds and the fabric passing through the jet nozzles coordinate rationally. By regulating the nozzle gap, the pump's speed and fabric lifting's speed, it's possible to dye various fabrics with different requirements. Also avoid fabric jam in front of the nozzles and guarantee the great quality of fabric's surface.Front and rear medium-pressure twins jet nozzles system. The front nozzle sprays on the fabric rationally and the rear nozzle sprays on the fabric again and conduct it. The two nozzles in one tube are connected in series and therefore the pressure and flow rate of water for every group of nozzles are distributed evenly with a result of shortening the dyeing batch time remarkable, making the color distribution better and achieving the best dyeing effect.The fabric swing device works at a swing amplitude of 80° and put the fabric in the rear chamber. It avoids the fabric pile from collapsing when at a maximum capacity loading and make sure a better operation of dyeing.For the front nozzle, adjustable pressure rings are added to alter the wrapping angle between fabric and lifting roller so as to reduce the slippage between fabric and roller, enhance the fabric’s lifting force and avoid fray out of friction.The inside rotational cleaning device can be detached and make the clean job better and quicker.Specialized dyeing and finishing pump, professional B model for chemical engineering, is adopted. The body is made with high anti-corrosive stainless steel. The flow rate is regulated with frequency inverter to ensure a better dyeing result. The pump slow-starts with frequency inverter ensure a normal running in a reduplicate way.With a vertical appearance in general, the internal structure is a detachable cylinder to achieve an even circulation of staining solution inside the cylinder and to strengthen the dyeing effect.The tubular grid mesh (Teflon conduit, concave hole separate plate) in the inner layer of lower cylinder body thoroughly improves the dyeing environment of fabric in the cylinder, separates the staining solution from fabric effectively, promotes the regurgitation of staining solution and consequently achieves a lower liquor.
